Disclaimer: This blog is apart of my "Why I love March series" where I will blog about reasons I love March. Even though March isn't my favorite month, they're some great aspects of the arising spring time and I will blog about them collectively over the month of March. Enjoy.
This year I have filled out six online brackets, one pool bracket (with the kiddos of the the Torch room) and just one paper bracket that I have hung on my bulletin board and the tournament only begins tomorrow. As one of my most collective picks, I currently have Kentucky, Florida St, Duke, Kansas, and Cincinnati winning at least one of my brackets. Even though I'm not a die hard college basketball fan, brackets are a lovable part of the sports world, no matter what. As March diminishes and April brings in not only showers, but the National Championship game, people will always have college basketball in a near place to their hearts because of brackets.
Now let's get to the point...
Why do I love brackets?
They're a lovely piece American sports. They collectively bring us together, to celebrate the great American sport of basketball. Brackets also scream spring. The fact that brackets being released brings a spring-like aura into all of our lives and gives us a push of spring fever as well as March Madness. They are among one of the best things that the month of March holds dear to all of us. Brackets are one of the best parts of sports that not only allow athletes to be competitive but also our friends, family, co-workers, and acquaintances to be interactively competitive as well. March Madness NCAA brackets, are one reason I definitely love the month of March.
